Collect, consolidate, and update ocean freight rates and vessel space availability for assigned trade lanes

Work directly with shipping lines and partners to secure space, arrange bookings, and monitor the transportation process

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, advising on pricing options, and proposing competitive solutions

Coordinate and carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
Job Requirements:
-
College degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in trade lane management, freight forwarding sales, or related positions in the logistics industry

Strong market awareness with the ability to monitor, analyze, and promptly respond to market fluctuations to adjust work strategies accordingly

Good teamwork spirit; effective communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with internal teams and external partners

Candidates with prior experience or existing relationships with shipping lines, vessel operators, or industry partners are preferred

Proficiency in English or Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required)

Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for work processing and data analysis
-
High sense of responsibility, careful working attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: VND 20 – 35 million/month (negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications and experience), plus performance-based bonuses and 13th-month salary
