Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the team’s sales plan in line with the company’s annual revenue targets; define goals for each phase and specific execution strategies.

Manage daily operations of the sales team, including staff coordination, task assignment, and business guidance; support team members in developing new customers and resolving complex issues in business expansion and customer care.

Lead marketing and sales activities for the company’s key transportation routes (with a focus on ocean freight) and related logistics services; proactively develop new customers, maintain existing clients, and ensure sales targets are achieved on schedule.

Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Job Requirements:
-
More than 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales with stable revenue performance and a quality direct customer base; strong understanding of the full ocean freight process (booking, customs declaration, inspection, shipment tracking, etc.).

Experience in management within international logistics; ability to independently lead a sales team, motivate staff, and improve sales performance.

Strong capabilities in market development, organization and coordination, business negotiation, and problem-solving to effectively drive business growth.

Preferred: Candidates with experience on U.S. & Canada trade lanes; ability to communicate in Chinese.

Required: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to independently handle international business activities (working with clients, contract negotiation, emails, etc.).

High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, good teamwork spirit, and adaptability to the fast-paced logistics industry.

Preference given to candidates with strong knowledge of the Vietnam logistics market.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: VND 30 – 40 million + commission (negotiable based on capability); performance bonus and 13th-month salary.
